Ingredients
Puree the following ingredients in a blender:
1/3 Habanero pepper
2 large garlic cloves
1/4 cup cilantro leaves and stems
1 teaspoon cumin
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground white pepper
Dice the following:
1 small red bell pepper
1 small yellow bell pepper
1 small orange bell pepper
1 Anaheim pepper
1 Pasilla pepper
1 medium white onion
3 Jalapeno peppers
4 small tomatoes
Instructions
Mix the puree with the diced items and add one 8 oz. can of Hunts tomato sauce and let marinate overnight.
Check for heat, salt and sweet.
