ICS announces the 2018 World Championship Chili Cook-off

Join us September 28-30 at Gateway Motorsports Park, St. Louis for the 2018 World Championship Chili Cook-off.

The WCCC will determine CHAMPIONS in the following categories that have at least 25 cooks per category:
Traditional Red
Homestyle
Chili Verde
Veggie
Youth Homestyle
Youth Traditional Red
Salsa

These champions will earn combined prize money of over $100,000!
